Handpickd redefines the grocery supply chain by eliminating warehouses and dark stores entirely. Instead, it uses a just-in-time (JIT) model that collects customer orders, procures them directly from farmers at 4:00 AM, and delivers "mandi-fresh" produce to doorsteps within 6–7 hours.
